I have over a decade of experience with premium brands management in Europe and the United States. During my career, I have managed diverse teams and luxury cosmetics brands of many categories, including make-up, skin care and fragrances. I worked as Brand Manager of Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, Marketing Director and Board Member at L’Oreal Luxe in Poland and, most recently, as Senior Global Marketing Manager at Hourglass Cosmetics (a prestige make-up brand based in California). I have a Masters Degree in Economics and Social Science and a Postgraduate Degree in Public Relations and Communication Strategies. Educated in Denmark, Poland and United States I speak four langages: English, French, Polish and German.

In my corporate career, I focused on the development of marketing, public relations and commercial strategies for brands such as:  Biotherm, Cacharel, Ralph Lauren, Viktor & Rolf and Diesel. I managed YSL Beauté rebranding project, significantly increasing its luxury image and market shares. I successfully launched skin care brands Clarisonic and Kiehl’s, designing strategic goals and local market business models for the brands. At Hourglass Cosmetics, I was responsible for global expansion and cooperation with international premium retailers such as Sephora, Nordstrom, Bergdorf Goodman, Space NK, Barney’s New York, Mecca Australia, Harrod’s and Net-A-Porter.

After a successful career with international companies, I decided to create my own company so I could share my knowledge with up-and-coming boutique luxury brands! As an expert in strategic planning, luxury brands management and new brand launches, I am able to utilize diverse corporate strategies and advise my clients on innovative directions. I have your long-term goals and luxury image in mind and will be focusing on optimizing the efficiency of your processes. I am ready to help with both brand building concepts and go-to-market scenarios. I have a thorough understanding of modern affluent consumer and omnichannel communication strategies. Digital marketing and earned media is my biggest focus and passion.
